• Location Information: We request access to your device's GPS location (even in the background, if necessary) to help you locate and coordinate with nearby veterinary doctors in our Vet Directory.
• AI Diagnostic Inputs: Text descriptions, chat history, and images sent to the AI Assistant for diagnostic evaluation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for operational and service delivery purposes, including:

• Service Delivery: To manage farmer accounts, livestock directories, and veterinary records.
• AI Diagnostics: To process your queries and animal photos through secure artificial intelligence APIs to generate preliminary health assessments.
• Vet Matching: To use your coordinates to display veterinary doctors relative to your location and plan veterinary visits.
• Notifications: To send you alerts regarding treatment schedules, diagnostic results, and messaging notifications.

3. How Your Information is Shared

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, or to provide you with Services. This includes:

• Veterinary Professionals: If you connect with a veterinarian through our directory, we share your farm location and livestock history to facilitate care.
• Service Providers: We use secure third-party platforms to host and process data:
  • Supabase: Secure database hosting, authentication, and photo storage.
  • AI APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic): Securely processing diagnostic queries (without training models on your private data).
  • Mapping Providers: Translating coordinates to physical addresses or routing directions.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement a variety of administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal data. All account data and livestock records are stored securely on our backend cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption protocols.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on your region, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your farm records or your entire account directly through the settings interface in the mobile app, or by contacting our support team.
